I have over 18 years experience in the REO field including Pre-foreclosure (through BPO's and inspections), cash-for-keys/evictions, securing & inspections, obtaining and reviewing vendor bids and overseeing rehabs if applicable. I can be counted on to be strongly focused on quick rehab to market deadlines, receiving and reviewing offers to purchase, follow-up with lenders, co-op brokers, escrow, title, accounting/reimbursements and finally closing.

I have worked in the past with GE Capital, Associates Financial, Great Western, Ford Consumer Finance and numerous others.

Over 1275 hours of specialized courses in REO, Real Estate marketing, appraisals and related business fields, over 135 college level R.E. Salesman, R.E. Broker courses and over 48 additional units from a private University.

Professional:

I have served 4 years as Director and was elected President of our local Realtor Association. One of the original directors of the largest Realtor Association in the United States. Past Director of the California Association of Realtors and I have been Chairman of the Consumer Protection Committee, Grievance and Government Relations Committees. I have completed training to qualify as a State of California Arbitrator and I have sat on numerous other committees for the improvement of our profession.
